How does it work?
Yarrow stalks (Herba Milleflii) – Used for:
Internal use – gastrointestinal bleeding and haemorrhage, stomach ulcers, gastritis. It helps increase uterus contractions and the secretion of digestive enzymes from the pancreas. External use – nosebleed, as a gargle or mouth rinse for bleeding swollen and sore gums, vaginal lavage. It has anti-inflammatory and haemostatic properties.
How to take:
The product should be prepared by pouring 250 ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of yarrow, allowing it to infuse for 10 minutes.
How much to take:
Take three cups of tea, before meals, daily.
