How does it work?
Used for:
Internal use – mild depression, digestive tract disease, high stomach acidity, stomach ulcers, gastritis, menopause spasms, sciatica, kidney and gallbladder stones. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. External use – as an essential oil for sprains, wounds including burn wounds, rheumatism.
How to take:
For oral use – Organic Dried Stalk of St John’s Wort to be prepared by pouring 250 ml of hot water over 3 teaspoons of the herb, leaving to infuse for 10 minutes. For external use – infuse the flower of the herb in olive oil 1:10 for 40 days and apply the infusion to wounds, and sprains.
How much to take:
Take 3 teacups a day for 8 weeks.
Warning:
Organic Dried Stalk of St John’s Wort is not to be taken by patients diagnosed with chronic depression. When used internally, avoid exposure to strong sunlight. Store at room temperature.
