How does it work?
Used for:
Internal use – rheumatism, arthritis, gout, muscle pain, gallbladder and liver diseases, constipation, stomach colic and indigestion, anemia, haemorrhoids, and heavy menstrual bleeding. Folia Urticae Dioicae helps reduce high blood pressure and blood sugar levels. External use – eczema, burn wounds, nosebleed, hair loss, sciatica, skin malignancies.
How to take:
Tea – boil 1-2 tablespoons of nettle in 250ml of water, for 5 minutes. For external use as a tincture – boil 2-4 tablespoons of nettle in 250ml of water, for 5 minutes.
How much to take:
Three cups of tea, daily.

Folia Urticae Dioicae should be stored in a dry place at room temperature.
