How does it work?
Used for:
Flu, colds, shortness of breath, indigestion, menstrual cramps, pain in the stomach and intestines, whooping cough, bronchitis, liver disorders, jaundice, nervous system disorders, sexual arousal, insomnia, epilepsy (due to its antiseptic properties). External use – as a compress, for asthma, arthritis, muscle pain; in baths, for eczema, and wound rinse.
How to take:
Organic dried oregano stalk to be prepared by pouring 250 ml of hot water over 2 teaspoons of oregano, leave to infuse and cool down. For external use – pour 1-litre hot water over 20-30g of the herb. Baths – infuse 100-200g of oregano into 2-3litres of hot water.
How much to take:
As a tea – take 3 teacups, before meals, daily.
Warning:
Oregano stalk should be stored in a dry place at room temperature.
